KA220 Project – Spain, Hungary and New Caledonia (France)
Mobilities
– New Caledonia (may 2024)

New Caledonia’s soil naturally contains high levels of certain minerals, which can be toxic or harmful to the environment.
The partner organization’s approach is to encourage this kind of planting system to grow food in a way that avoids the risks posed by those toxic minerals.

YOT
Is the acronym of the project “Youth On Time”. Our very first project held in our city Seville. We have gathered 20 youth and 5 group leaders, from Spain, Romania, Norway, Greece and Hungary, to discuss about climate change and possible answers to this issue. Our intention was to make young people aware of the social reality that we live in our localities and to offer them the necessary tools and techniques to identify the challenges.
Our participants have been cooperating through different activities; creating their own recycled instruments, using the cyclo-path around the city, visiting protected natural areas and locality allotments. Finally, the participants have chosen to make a theatre performance to share their conclusion about all the topics discussed.
Through this project, we really expect to increase the motivation of the participants and group leader in their own communities, and we hope they can use their new skills to make a change. Young people are responsible to solve the challenges presented in our societies.
We won’t forget this incredibly experience, and we’ll like to send a big hug to those participants who have been involved on it. Thanks to all of you!
